Hi and Welcome to my blog.
This hop has more to do with movies for me.
As my husbands family has been in the "biz"
for quite some time.
From his Grandfather Nate who was an Assistant Director for many TV shows least of all the Our Gang TV shows.
His Dad Lou also an Assistant Director who has worked on a long impressive list. From
Hart to Hart,Starsky and Hutch,Viva Las Vegas just to name a few.
To his brother Gary who is a location manager who work on Bay Watch,Criminal Minds and many more.
So now that you have the history I will share with you my projects.
I went with the "movie " themed party idea.

The Invites

I Used this super cute file from
Miss Kate Cuttables

I cut 3 layer of the white back piece
one slightly smaller as the insert.
I then added foam strips to the slides and added the back piece
 to look like this below
The you can add the slider pieces which holds all the party info.

What movie doesn't have Pop Corn?
I made the adorable Clapper boxes to hold the popcorn.

I wrote some party details in the spaces of the box for added
fun.
This files came from the Silhouette Store.

Need a gift for the hostess of this party?
This is what I made to place a gift card in.
This design I also got from the Silhouette
Store.I just enlarged it to be able to hold the GC or
and goodies you might want it for.
The "film" slice has some older Scrappy Moms
Stamp set. That's Entertainment on them for added fun.

As the party is over give you guest these cute treat bags
filled with golden statues made of chocolate

I had a mold for the chocolate added them to a clear bag
and made these clapper tags
also a Silhouette files
I added some gold wilton  dust for shine and shimmer

And last but certainly not least a layout of my Father in law Lou Watt
in action of the set of the Munsters when Herman raced his car.
Man on man did he have some great stories.
tales of the inside of some famous people.
We would always get him to talk so we could laugh.

So I'm going to get sentimental here...When I went home to Philly this Jan.I found these sandwich/cookie cutters in a box in my Mom's kitchen .I was floored that she still had them after all these years...So i told her I was taking them as the minute I saw them I thought of our old house and all my childhood memories.I knew I was not going to use them but they truly meant a lot to me...so I found a shadow box at the Dollar tree and some fun vintage kitchen scrapbook paper and A title from MKC that made this PERFECT!!!!!!!!!! I journaled the story on the back and here ya go

the title is from this MKC set

For you all I have made several projects.

This first Photo is all the projects I made with this
amazing paper pack and Die cut pack.

I made several projects for this #newrelease from
Miss Kate Cuttables

This cute easy banner of Bunnies and Carrots

The paper in this pack has so many fun patterns to
choose from. With some green and pink plain card stock and
 pompoms for tales.

I found this on pinterest it is super easy to make.
A whole punch, stapler and some glue is all the extra supplies
you will need.

Next is
this Bunny step card.

With the center step fold
I was able to add all these cute die cuts
that coordinate with the paper perfectly.

I added some Easter eggs, flowers and carrot
from the die cut pack. With some inking and enamel dots
for detail.

Happy Easter Card

The same step fold card.Only I turned it to a
landscape style.

When you open it up this adorable little bunny pops
up in a sea of Easter eggs.
I can wait to send these two out this Easter.

Pin Wheels

Simple and easy these
pin wheel are so great
for Easter baskets.
The pin wheel cut came from the Silhouette Store.

With paper straws for the handles and
some flower die cuts they are ready to go.

Last but not least

This paper strip wreath.

This is made from 4 different pieces of the Easter Fun paper pack.
I cut them into 1 1/2 x 12 strips.
Wrapped them around a 9 in.Styrofoam wreath base.
Using my Xyron I ran the strips through to get full
adhesive on them.
Matching the ends up first and then the loop part on the wreath form.
I cut the flagged ends when it was all done.
The Banner at the top
I cut from burlap and then added the Easter word.

I used the die cut pack to add this Hop Hop Hop title.
Then added some egg and flower die cuts.
I took the flowers and cut into each petal a tad.
That way I could pinch the petals and leaves to
give at a 3D effect.
Buttons,twine,flat back pearls finish
it off.

I also used the following SVG files

for the Easter banner at the top of the wreath
and

For the Letters in the banner

I also used my
Miss Kate Cuttables

and My
Miss Kate Cuttables
BBH and blades

I want to thank you all for joining us today.
Check back tomorrow.
The Miss Kate Cuttables
blog will have 3 more designers with inspiration for you.
